A man stopped for a broken license plate lamp is allegedly found with various drug-related items.
Thirty-three-year-old Noel Christopher Villagomez is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as a third-degree felony.
Court documents state a traffic stop was conducted on a Toyota Tacoma with a busted plate lamp.
After being asked if there were things of concern, Villagomez allegedly said, “I have an ice pipe in there.”
During the search, a resealable baggie and a jar of crystalline substance were found.
Villagomez also allegedly admitted to police he has been smoking meth since he was 23-years-old and buys once a week.
