A traffic stop for not wearing a seatbelt finds two men with meth.

Miguel Benavente Camacho, 50, and John Hirohito Ceasar, 34, are each charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as third degree felonies.

Court documents state Guam police stopped a Toyota Corolla after the driver was seen without his seatbelt on.

A search of the car found a glass pipe, makeshift cooling device, and a black pouch containing resealable baggies with white substances.

All passengers denied ownership of the items found, however, Caesar allegedly admitted later he owned the glass pipe.

Camacho continued to deny ownership of the other items after questioning.
