A man making a last second turn crashes head on into another car. 

Thirty-one-year-old Dominic Torres is charged with driving while impaired, having an open container, and reckless driving as misdemeanors. 

Court documents state eye witnesses saw Chevrolet turning into the driveway between Lone Star restaurant and First Hawaiian Bank before allegedly making a right into oncoming traffic.

The Chevrolet collided head on with a Toyota Yaris and Guam police noted the driver of the Chevrolet was showing clear signs of being drunk.

Within the car was an open can of beer and Torres sustained a head injury. 

The status of the other driver involved was not reported.
