Get ready to ring in the New Year...with fireworks! The company that has been bringing the spectacle to our skies will continue to do so at midnight.

There's a few spots you can be actually go to if you plan to watch the fireworks display. Jeff Sanchez with Showpro Pyrotechnics says his team is excited to ring in the new year with a bang – literally.

"As far as pressing the buttons," he explained, "it's not just me, it's a whole crew of people especially when you are doing it across three sites."

Sanchez shared with The Point just where people on Guam will be able to get the best view possible.  "We'll be shooting off of Agana sewage plant and we get some good height out of that area. So there will definitely be a show in Agana as well as Ypao and then we are doing a 'small kine' show at the folks at Nikko because they don't have the greatest view of Tumon...so they'll get their own private show which will benefit their neighbors because you can see it from other places (Beach Bar). But we are looking forward to bringing in the new year loud and proud," he said.

A show that will also allow any visitors staying in the tourism district to celebrate Guam style. "We will be launching off Ypao just slightly toward the Matapang side so we will be more likely in front of PIC area. I know the Ypao Park will be closed for the pavilions but people still walk in. Some of the sights people don't know about - I know people park at the airport road...especially when you are up in the heights you can see all three sometimes," he said.

And in case you were wondering what time the fireworks show is set to go off?

It's at midnight!

Happy New Year!
