A superior court judge proceeding with selecting a jury for defendant Miles Washington.
Washington appeared before Presiding Judge Alberto Lamorena in superior court this week.
He's facing multiple counts of first and second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Parties had negotiated a plea deal but defense has yet to receive a response from the prosecutor.
Judge Lamorena set jury selection and trial for January 13th.
As KUAM reported, four boys alleged washington followed them into a school bathroom where the molestation occurred.
It was only after his arrest that authorities learned a similar complaint was filed against Washington in 2018.
