Farmers on Guam are invited to take part in a special workshop focused on succession planning for farms, hosted by the University of Guam.

On Saturday, Jan. 18, the UOG’s Cooperative Extension & Outreach will host a workshop to help farmers plan the future of their farms. The event runs from 10 a.m. to noon at the agriculture and life sciences building on UOG’s campus.

The session aims to ease stress surrounding succession planning by providing legal and financial resources, family communication strategies, and goal-setting tips. Human Resources Expert Franklin Sablan will facilitate the workshop.

There is a $15 registration fee, and participants can sign up online at url.uog.edu/succession or call 735-2089 for more details.
