Man arrested in Harmon pipe attack

A homeless man is under arrest in connection to a pipe attack in Harmon. Fifty-year-old Vince Salas is charged with aggravated assault. Court documents state, on Tuesday along Route 16, Salas got into an argument with the victim before hitting the victim
