A homeless man is under arrest in connection to a pipe attack in Harmon.

Fifty-year-old Vince Salas is charged with aggravated assault.

Court documents state, on Tuesday along Route 16, Salas got into an argument with the victim before hitting the victim in the head with a PVC pipe.

The victim fell to the ground and was bleeding.

Salas allegedly refused to talk to police before being taken into custody.
