GPD thanks the community in coming together to assist in the search. 

On Saturday, morning, the Guam Police Department asked for the public's help to track down their missing Law Enforcement K-9; working dog.

According to GPD spokesperson officer Berlyn Savella, their highly trained and valued K-9, named Kuro managed to escape from her kennel on Friday and has wandered off.

"We are deeply concerned about her safety," said Savella. "Officers are actively searching for her whereabouts and are asking for the public's help in bringing her back safely.

Kuro is an 8-year-old female Malinois with a medium tan coat and a black face.
