Defense calls for dismissal of charges against ex-cop in beach attack
A former officer with the Guam Police Department accused in an attack at a Tumon beach is looking to have the charges against him tossed.
Defendant Peter Leon Guerrero appeared before Judge Vernon Perez in Superior Court.
