Bank of Guam announces promotions and new hires

Bank of Guam, along with its Board of Directors, is proud to announce the following promotions and additions to the Bank of Guam familia.

Appointments
Edward Barcinas has been named Vice President and Director of the Project Management Office. Barcinas, who began his career with the bank as a teller in 2006, brings 17 years of banking experience to his new role.
Elizabeth Lubuag has been appointed Vice President and Sustainability and Social Impact Manager. With 14 years at the bank, Lubuag has a proven track record of leadership and innovation in various roles.
Promotions
Conrad Berg has been promoted to Vice President and Director of Underwriting after 10 years of service, while Marlene Borja now serves as Vice President and Credit Manager, with nearly 19 years of experience.
Christopher Cruz takes on a new role as Vice President and Neighboring Islands Regional Manager, overseeing six branches in Micronesia. Amber Dydasco steps into the role of Assistant Vice President and Customer Experience Manager, with 17 years of dedication to the bank.
Jeffrey John Ibanez has been promoted to Vice President and Compliance Operations Manager and Community Reinvestment Act Officer, a testament to his 30-year tenure. Meanwhile, Shasta Murphy has been elevated to Vice President and Credits Manager, bringing nearly 25 years of experience.
Other promotions include Meriah Kaye Rabago to Vice President and Sales Manager, Anthony Quenga to Vice President and Director of Sales and Business Development, and Ellie San Nicolas to Vice President and Director of Compliance, each recognized for their remarkable contributions and leadership.
New Hires
Angela Rosario joins the bank as Vice President and Director of Product for the Business Segment, bringing 19 years of telecommunications expertise.
Presia Ogo steps into the role of Senior Product Manager for the Retail Segment, drawing on her 21 years of experience in telecommunications.
Janessa Marie Palomo and Claire Sablan also join the team as Assistant Vice President and Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager, respectively, each bringing a wealth of knowledge and a passion for excellence.
