Congressman Moylan cosponsors resolution to expunge Trump impeachments
Ahead of President-Elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, Guam delegate James Moylan cosponsored a pair of resolutions expunging the impeachments of Trump.
House Resolution 24 calls for the December 18th, 2019 impeached to be expunged stating Trump was wrongfully accused of misconduct.
Congressman Moylan also cosponsoring House Resolution 25, calling for the January 13th, 2021 impeachment of Trump to be expunged.
It states prior to considering and voting on the impeachment resolution, democratic leadership in the house made no effort to understand the rationale behind the widespread mistrust harbored by American voters in the wake of the 2020 presidential election.
Both resolutions were referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
