The Guam Chamber of Commerce has elected Tae Oh of PSI Holding, LLC, as Chairman of the Board for the 2025 administrative year. 

Juan Carlos Benitez and Christopher Duenas will serve as Vice Chairman and Secretary-Treasurer, respectively.

The Executive Committee also includes immediate past Chairman Ernie Galito, Special Executive member Kim Anderson Young, and Chamber President Catherine Castro.

“We are thrilled to work with our newly installed officers and our Chamber Board as we embark on a new year,” said Catherine Castro, President of the Guam Chamber of Commerce. “We aim to address the distinct opportunities and pressing challenges facing our island in collaboration with our community partners to strengthen and invigorate our economy.”
