Complaint: Man found with meth pipe during traffic stop
A man stopped for a broken license plate and expired registration tags also had meth.
Twenty-seven-year-old David Jr. Uncangco II, also known as David Quichocho Uncangco Jr. is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as a third-degree-felony.
Court documents state after Guam police conducted a traffic stop on a Hyundai Sonata for expired tags and a broken plate lamp, they noticed the driver was sweating profusely, moving his mouth uncontrollably, and avoiding eye contact.
During a consented search, a purple straw and glass pipe were found.
A field test conducted had positive results for methamphetamine.
