The Chamorro Land Trust Commission also wants the Attorney General to take a look into the Governor's proposal to return land at Ypao Point in Tamuning. 

As KUAM reported, the Maga'haga proposed legislation to return Ypao Point property to the Perez family. 

The property is also known as the old Guam Memorial Hospital site.

Commissioners hope AG Doug Moylan can review the matter. 

The Governor's proposal led to Senator Chris Barnett expressing concern stating she is “ramrodding” her preferred hospital.
