Guam police investigating a trespass complaint takes a turn when a man is found with suspected methamphetamine.
Forty-six-year-old Ren Hernam Francisco is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as a third-degree-felony.
Court documents state officers were investigating a trespass complaint in Mangilao before they met Francisco.
When Francisco opened the passenger door to retrieve his identification, officers noted a glass pipe with brown frosty residue sitting on the center console.
