A man is arrested in connection to a machete attack in Tamuning.

25-year-old Aries Albert Jr. is charged with aggravated assault and theft of property.

Court documents state he got into an argument with the victim over text message before the pair started fight.

Albert later returned with a machete allegedly hitting the victim in the back and taking off with the victim’s cellphone.

He was released on a $3,000 bond.
