Technical issues continue to persist at the Department of Revenue and Taxation’s Driver’s License Examination Branch.

DLEB staff are unable to complete Guam driver’s license and identification services.

In order to avoid long wait times and further frustration to its patrons, DLEB will remain closed tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025, and will not accept any new or walk-in customers.

Consumers who have appointments scheduled for tomorrow will be contacted to reschedule their services.

DRT is considering its options to make-up for the loss of services. They continue to encourage consumers to use the online portal, myid.guam.gov, for driver’s license and identification renewals and replacements when possible.

Consumers may renew and replace their driver’s licenses and identifications online if the applicant does not wish to change the status of their Guam driver’s license or identification from general license or identification to REAL ID status, the information found on the driver's license or identification has not changed, identification or license is within one year of the date of expiration, and an eye or vision test has been completed.

For renewals, evidence of passed vision exam must be uploaded into the system.

Existing REAL ID licenses and identification may be processed online.
