The Department of Revenue and Taxation’s Driver’s License Examination Branch will resume normal business operations Thursday, Jan. 30.

Operations were closed for the past two days as officials said the technical system for the branch was inoperable.

Officials state via press release that the priority line, which includes manåmko’, persons with disabilities, and veterans, will be serviced first.

Consumers with scheduled appointments, or who were issued a service ticket earlier this week, are asked to see the DLEB customer service representative at the front door prior to getting in line.

DRT officials adding walk-in consumers will be serviced after customers in the priority line and customers with scheduled appointments or previously issued tickets.

Additionally, DRT is not limiting the number of walk-in consumers and no one will be turned away at the beginning of the day.

Consumers are encouraged to use the online portal, myid.guam.gov, for driver’s license, identification renewals and replacements when possible.
