Carabao Brewery Co-Founder, Anna Johnson, and her staff are ready for the big day.

“Yes, game day is this coming Monday and we’re so excited! We are doing wing specials. So, people can order wings from us, get them prepared, take them home, and enjoy the Super Bowl from your house. We’re also doubling down on beers and staff. We are ready for it! We've got extra TVs coming in. We’re excited to have everybody here and enjoying the Super Bowl,” said Johnson. 

And even though it’s a Monday morning, Johnson said the energy will still be sky high.

“I think it's such a fun experience. You get to have the Super Bowl first thing in the morning to start your week,” added Johnson. “I think a lot of people will come out, even though it's Monday morning. You get your week started right, enjoy some football, enjoy some wings, some beer!”

Along with wings and beer specials, Carabao Brewing is giving away swag, beer, and even reserved tables for football fans looking for a prime viewing spot.

and speaking of prime time- this year's halftime show is stacked, with Kendrick Lamar ready to light up the stage. Fresh off of his Grammy wins, he is known for his high energy performances and chart-topping hits.

Fans can expect an unforgettable show filled with surprises.

“As long as you’re here, it should be a fun time, win or lose for your team,” said Johnson. 

And when it comes to the game itself, the matchup promises to deliver. It's an epic battle between the reigning champs Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles! With Patrick Mahomes looking to lead the Chiefs to a three-peat and ready to make some game changing plays for the Eagles, Jalen Hurts.

The Super Bowl may be a Monday tradition on the island, but the excitement for the big game remains the same.

“It’s Monday! Take the day off, enjoy some beer, some wings, and some football. How often do you get Monday's Super Bowl, you know? Let’s enjoy it,” said Johnson. 

So whether it’s at a bar, a friend’s house or even a break room at work, football fans across Guam are gearing up to kick off their Super Bowl Mondays. And no matter who takes home the trophy, one thing’s for sure, game day spirit here on island is undefeated.
