A man convicted of molesting a 12-year-old girl will have to wait until valentine's day to learn his fate.
Thirty-three-year-old Dwayne Cruz De Guzman appeared before Judge John Terlaje in Superior Court today.
A jury found him guilty of two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, including special allegations of vulnerable victims.
The sentencing hearing was delayed to allow prosecutors more time to speak with the victim's family.
Prosecutors want him to serve 90 years in prison for his crime.
De Guzman is scheduled to appear back in court on Feb. 14.
