The joint investigation into the meth found at the Office of the Attorney General continues this week with Guam police and the AG.

Investigators are focused on pinpointing who owned the drugs.

AG Doug Moylan told KUAM they are looking into leads to determine if the meth belongs to an AG employee or an outside person.

As reported, police learned the drugs were found Wednesday at the AG’s offices at the ITC building in Tamuning.

The employee who found it gave it to a superior who forgot about the drugs before another worker found it the following day in a conference room.

In response, Moylan said, “I am legally unable to discuss any personnel adverse actions that may be in the process of being taken on employees associated with this criminal investigation, who may not act as quickly as they should have upon.”
