A machete-wielding suspect allegedly making threats at drivers along Ypao Road in Tumon Heights is arrested after being caught with drugs.

51-year-old Mark Wright is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Police responded to the complaint just before 9pm Thursday.

During a search, officers found four baggies with meth and a makeshift pipe with meth residue.
