An apparent love triangle turned violent lands an officer with the Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency behind bars.
45-year-old Jesse James Mccarrel is charged with terrorizing, stalking, harassment and criminal trespass.
Court documents state Mccarrel accused the victim of being in an intimate relationship with a woman known to him.
He allegedly messaged the victim, “Don’t let me see you! I’ll kill you!.”
Mccarrel allegedly showed up to the victim’s home yelling for him to come outside.
It’s alleged he also followed the victim as he drove from Hagatna to Piti and back to the victim’s home.
The victim told authorities he was in fear of his life and knew Mccarrel was a Customs officer who has a firearm.
Mccarrel allegedly admitted to police that he did not mean to threaten the victim.
