CNMI leadership celebrates new modular classrooms opening at Hopwood Middle School

Governor Arnold Palacios and Lt. Governor David Apatang took part in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Hopwood Middle School’s new temporary classrooms.
The event brought together leaders from the CNMI public school system, Saipan Mayor RB Camacho, members of the CNMI Legislature and Judiciary, and Hopwood's 8th-grade students.
The prefabricated classrooms will serve as a temporary learning space while work continues on a permanent campus.
Gov. Palacios called the moment a milestone in the community's rebuilding efforts, emphasizing the importance of providing students with a safe and stable learning environment.
