Senator Taitague's bill to appropriate $39K to Guam's foster care system

Senator Telo Taitague is offering $39,000 from her senatorial office budget to help Guam's foster care system.
She introduced Bill 63 which appropriates the funding to the Department of Public Health's Foster Care Division for essential supplies, such as food, hygiene products, school supplies, and clothing for Guam’s foster children.
Historically, Guam’s Foster Care Division has faced challenges with limited funding.
Senator Taitague says, "Providing for the children of Guam is not an option. We should never neglect caring for the young and vulnerable members of our community."
