Drunk driver charged in resisting arrest

A drunk driver on the wrong side of the road crashes another car.
Fifty-four-year-old Joseph Charles Connelley is charged with driving while impaired and resisting arrest as misdemeanors.
Court documents state Guam police met with the driver of a Tacoma, noting the smell of alcohol.
When asked if he had anything to drink, Connelley allegedly said, “Yes, a lot.”
Connelley refused to take a sobriety test and continued giving officers a hard time when told he was under arrest.
