Guam Department of Education offers professional development for teachers to expand career and technical education

The Guam Department of Education, in partnership with the University of Guam, is offering professional development training to help teachers integrate career and technical education into core subjects.
The training, which focuses on developing CTE resources and their connection to artificial intelligence (AI), will take place across three scheduled sessions on Feb. 22, March 8, and March 22 at UOG Annex A, Room 6.
Educators will learn how to develop resources that connect classroom learning to real-world career pathways, including the use of artificial intelligence.
This initiative, held during career and technical education month, aims to equip teachers with tools to help students explore future careers.
