Two heart structures with the words 'Gimme' and dollar signs painted on it were spotted at the Chief Kepuha Park in Hagatna Tuesday morning.

There’s no word on who put it there but it was getting the attention of many including Attorney General Doug Moylan.

The hearts were placed right across from the AG’s billboard.

While it's unclear who the message was for, Austin Fortono with the AG’s Panbuster program said they are constantly being heckled by the homeless community during enforcement operations.

“It's a matter of just keeping faith with our roles. We are all out here. We maintain our position in being the toughest law enforcers. We are enforcing the laws that our senators have passed and that includes our anti-panhandling laws. So, we are not bothered by those. The fact that we had motorists as we were setting up honking at us and giving us a shaka and waving - it speaks to the public's support and sentiment,” said Fortono.

The Panbusters were conducting community awareness at the Harmon intersection Tuesday morning.

To date, Fortono said they issued about 14 tickets to people caught panhandling without a permit.
