Judge mulls requests for medical examiner to testify virtually in murders

Two separate murder cases are being mulled over by a superior court judge.
Judge John Terlaje expected to rule on the prosecution's request to have the former chief medical examiner Dr. Jeffrey Nine testify virtually during the trials.
One case is against defendant Stefen Camacho who stands accused in the deadly armed robbery in Tumon that claimed the life of a tourist.
The other is against co-defendants Eithen Mendiola and Frank Reyes who stand accused in the death of Ryan Chaco.
Defense argued against Dr. Nine testifying virtually about the autopsies performed on the victims.
Nine telling the court today the results of an autopsy would not point to the killer in either case.
The court took the matter under advisement.
