The two men accused in violent gang activity across Guam are now both negotiating a potential deportation deal.

The co-defendants appeared before Judge Vernon Perez in superior court today.

Mesemwan Repwak and June Monu were both given a deportation deal from prosecutors.

But the government continues to wait for a response from immigration and customs enforcement to verify if they would be able to cover the travel expenses.

The pair stand accused in violent attacks that include a shooting in Maite.

Both are back in court on March 24.
