The Vatican said this afternoon that Pope Francis, battling double-pneumonia, remains in critical condition but is stable and has not had any further respiratory crises. The 88-year-old pope was spending his 12th night at Rome's Gemelli Hospital, the longest hospital stay of his nearly 12-year papacy.

Archbishop Ryan Jimenez also sharing a message for the pope, sharing a prayer from the Archdiocese of Agana today, "The church on Guam and worldwide continues to closely follow Vatican reports on the health of Pope Francis and asks for continued prayers for the Holy Father. We're grateful for official word from The Vatican that the pope has experienced a slight improvement in his medical condition."
