Woman arrested in Home Depot theft

A woman who authorities believe was allegedly involved in a recent theft at a local hardware store is captured, while two other suspects remain at large.
Forty-one-year-old Melanie Cepeda is charged with conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft.
Court documents state officers made the arrest in Mangilao last Friday.
Cepeda allegedly admitted her along with two others when they came up with a plan to steal various high-value items from the Home Depot on Feb. 17.
The co-defendants were indentified in the complaint as Sara Moniz and Jimmy Borja.
The pair remain on the run from authorities.
The trio stand accused of allegedly walking out the store with items worth more than $1,700.
Cepeda allegedly told investigators the two others have the stolen items.
She appeared before a magistrate judge in the Superior Court of Guam Saturday and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
