An eye witness told police they saw the suspect driving in circles attempting to hit a group of people sitting on the beach.
Others were forced to climb over a fence to get to safety.
Court documents state one victim fell into the sand before the suspect allegedly drove over him.
Another victim allegedly told police the suspect, who they did not know, argued with the group, making threats before later returning with others.
That same victim alleged the suspect threw a beer bottle to his head.
Both were treated at the hospital for their injuries.
Now, Atty allegedly told officers it was the group on the beach that initiated the violence, adding he was trying to drive away.
