A man who won his fight to overturn his conviction in the murder of former Humatak Mayor Daniel Sanchez continues waiting to have his day in court. 

Rudy Fegurgur Quinata appeared before Judge Vernon Perez today. 

Defense Attorney Tom Fisher told the court they continue to wait for the appeal records requested last November. 

Quinata is back in court on May 12. 

As reported, the Supreme Court overturned his conviction ruling a Superior Court judge erred in not probing a juror misconduct claim.
