The two men involved in alleged gang activity continue pushing to be sent back to Chuuk. 

Co-defendants Mesemwan Repwak and June Monu appeared before Judge Vernon Perez in Superior Court today. 

Repwak's Defense Attorney Terence Timblin told the court they are still on track to finalize the deportation plea deal. 

However, Monu's Defense Attorney Richelle Canto told the judge he is a U.S. citizen, so cannot get the same deal. 

Still, Monu is hoping to leave the island voluntarily. 

The pair are scheduled back in court on May 12.
