The University of Guam’s MPA PA540 Admin Law class is hosting a conference focused on governance, justice, and sustainability, exploring the impact of public policy on real change.

Keynote speakers include: Governor Lou Leon Guerrero, Speaker Frank Blas Jr., Associate Justice Katherine Maraman, and Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court of Guam Frances Tydingco-Gatewood.
