April 4 site visit for new Simon Sanchez High campus

The long-awaited redevelopment of Simon Sanchez High school makes progress with key dates now set for the project’s next phase.
Beginning today, March 28, interested developers can access the request for proposals documents through the DPW Contract Administration Technical Services Office at the TMC building.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday, April 4, at 9 a.m., followed by a mandatory site visit at 2 p.m. that same day.
DPW Director Vince Arriola calls these milestones “a major step forward”, encouraging firms to take part in the process.
Governor Lou Leon Guerrero said the project will finally bring the long-overdue facilities that Simon Sanchez students deserve.
The selected developer will be responsible for demolition, design, construction, and maintenance of the new school.
