The feud between Governor Lou Leon Guerrero and Attorney General Douglas Moylan continues.

In a newly released investigative committee report, Moylan's office pushed back against the Governor’s claims of hiring violations, arguing the allegations are politically motivated.

The report lays out a paper trail of documents, policies, and hiring records to dispute accusations of nepotism and improper promotions, stating all hires followed legal guidelines.

This comes after the governor requested a special prosecutor to investigate over 70 alleged violations within the AG’s office.

As both sides stand firm, the fight over accountability and transparency in Guam's government is far from settled.
