There’s a new billboard with the faces of 50 convicted criminals in recognition of national crime victims’ rights month in April.

The Guam Attorney General’s Office said this month’s message shows criminals that “we will get you and you will be punished when you hurt us.”

Each convict, who are all behind bars, represents a trial win.

The AG's office says when criminals see these types of billboards, it deters them.

The AG also took aim at the Governor, saying jury trial wins require an AG recruiting personnel from both on and off-island.

A press release states, “While the Governor casts stones at us, we focus upon the prize of weekly wins in the courts to keep us all safe.”

As you may recall, the Governor is looking to investigate the AG for alleged illegal hiring practices and promotions.
