A man is arrested accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl known to him during an apparent drunken rage.

Twenty-year-old David John is charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Court documents state the 17-year-old was hanging out with the defendant and others in Dededo last December.

As the teen attempted to leave, John allegedly grabbed her by the wrist before pulling her towards him.

That's when he allegedly molested the girl before slamming her to the ground.

The victim then called for help.

John allegedly admitted to police that he was drunk the night in question and did not remember anything.

He was taken into police custody after the girl reported the alleged abuse last month.
