Advisory: Property Tax Portal glitch affecting balance displayed

The Department of Revenue and Taxation is experiencing an interface issue with its online portal used for real property tax consumers at pay.guam.gov.
The portal indicates there is an outstanding balance due and prompts property owners to make payment, even if a balance isn’t actually due. This affects property owners who are current or have paid their property taxes in full from July 23, 2024 to present.
DRT advises those potentially affected to contact the Real Property Tax Branch and verify that the balance status displayed is accurate before making payment.
Visit RPT in person at DRT's Barrigada location to confirm your balance, or email [email protected]. They can also be reached over at 671-635-1892.
Property owners are reminded to keep their receipts and reference them for when their next installment is due.
They are also reminded that the first installment for real property tax was due on Feb. 21, 2025, and the second installment is due on April 21, 2025.
