Guam police are searching for five suspects believed to have been involved in a stabbing in Tumon. 

It happened just before midnight at the Beach Bar at Gun Beach. 

Investigators said the victim, who was intoxicated, was asked to leave the bar when he got into an argument with a woman known to him in the parking lot.

Authorities said a bystander tried to step in.

Police added that’s when five men, who were complete strangers, rushed toward the victim and attacked him, forcing him to collapse to the ground.

The suspects fled in a white Sedan with a black stripe.

He was treated at the hospital for a stab wound to his back and is stable. 

Officers were unable to locate the weapon.
