Complaint: Drunken pair charged in family violence

A Sunday night turned violent when two men arrived home intoxicated.
Nuckman Koninnis, 28, is charged with criminal mischief as a third-degree felony, family violence as a misdemeanor, two counts of disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness as violations.
EJ Koninnis, 21, is charged with family violence as a misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness as violations.
Court documents state EJ grew violent after their father told them “alcohol is unacceptable.”
EJ allegedly threw various items and attempted to wrestle his father before Nuckman removed him to calm him down.
Guam police noted on their way to the area, EJ was walking down the street yelling incoherently. He was taken into custody upon police arrival.
Shortly after, Nuckman returned to the apartment to gather EJ’s belongings. It was then he got into a verbal argument with his father and began throwing different items at the door.
Another resident's car was damaged during this time.
