GU Self Storage announced an exciting new update after the acquisition of Secure Self Storage and the former LKC Warehouse Complex located in Harmon.  

The 45,000 square foot complex, when completely converted, will have over 500 climate-controlled storage units. 

GU Self Storage opened in 2017 and has been providing Guam with secure, convenient and affordable Self Storage.

The complex was acquired by 54-22 LLC last month. 54-22 LLC is a joint venture between Calvo Enterprises, Inc and JC22 Properties.
