Attorney general chimes in on workplace violence at GPD's Highway Patrol

Could any of the Guam Police officers accused in a workplace violence incident face criminal charges? It's a question Guam's attorney general is looking into with the chief of police.
Three uniformed officers with Guam Police Department's Highway Patrol Division investigated in a workplace violence incident while on duty.
KUAM confirms at least two officers were reassigned from Highway to other precincts since the incident occurred at the Tiyan headquarters in February.
Chief Stephen Ignacio declined interviews for now citing he still within the 90 day period for the investigation to be completed.
Now, others on the force question if the officers could face criminal charges or if the issue could be eventually swept under the rug.
AG Doug Moylan said, "It concerns me that I am hearing this. I take it its probably in development in terms of the investigation that’s going on."
He ssays he will look into the matter as well by contacting the chief.
"When you have the chief of police that has officers who don’t have the respect to follow the rules and be law abiding. Anybody that carries the badge must respect each other and show the community we don’t tolerate this as managers. Your officers must earn the respect to wear the badge," he shared.
