Complaint: Jeromy Pangelinan 'downing' from meth at time of Talo'fo'fo crash

A man who led police on a massive manhunt following a crash and attempted carjacking in Talo'fo'fo allegedly admitted to investigators he was 'downing' on meth at the time.
Jeromy Moe Pangelinan, 27, is charged with attempted aggravated murder, attempted murder, armed carjacking, six times with aggravated assault, terroristic conduct, and for illegal possession of drugs and weapons.
Pangelinan appeared before a Magistrate Judge in the Superior Court of Guam Saturday.
He is being held on $500,000 cash bail.
Jeromy along with his siblings Jathan Tedtaotao and Shaenita Pangelinan stand accused a kidnapping and shooting reported in Yigo on April 2.
The trio allegedly beat the victim with brass knuckles before Tedtaotao shot the victim in the leg to 'teach him a lesson.'
Jeromy allegedly admitted to authorities he went to Talo'fo'fo to 'lay low' stating there was 'too much heat' from police trying to track him down.
He also allegedly admitted he was 'downing' from meth and dozed off when he crashed into other cars along Route 4A on April 5.
Jeromy allegedly tried to steal multiple cars holding the drivers at gunpoint, and shot one driver in the hand before he fled on foot.
Court documents state he carjacked another driver at the Windward Apartments the following day before he led police on a chase toward Dededo.
Jeromy crashed the stolen car and got into a shootout with officers before being taken to the hospital where he was under close watch while being treated for injuries.
