Docomo Pacific celebrated the expansion of its Call Center Operations in Saipan with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Held at Docomo Pacific’s newly expanded facility in Gualo Rai, the ceremony brought together government officials, community partners, and Docomo team members to commemorate the achievement. This Call Center expansion reflects the company’s strategic shift to eliminate outsourcing and position the CNMI as its main Call Center operations hub.

"Last year, I made a promise to bring jobs, enhance customer service, and invest in the local workforce. Today, I’m proud to say we’re delivering on that promise. With the expansion of our Call Center, we endeavor to achieve faster, more responsive service from representatives who not only know the business but understand the people. They bring an intrinsic understanding of our culture, values, and way of life,” said Christine Baleto, President & CEO, Docomo Pacific.

“Docomo Pacific’s investment in Saipan goes beyond infrastructure—it’s an investment in our people, in our future. This expansion creates meaningful job opportunities and reinforces the power of government and private enterprise partnerships. We are grateful for Docomo Pacific’s trust in the CNMI and look forward to continued progress together,” said CNMI Governor Arnold Palacios.
