PBS Guam faces continued financial pressures but remains committed to its mission of serving the community through educational and cultural programming.

In its Fiscal Year 2024 audit, PBS Guam received a qualified opinion on its governmental activities and an unmodified opinion on its general fund from independent auditors Ernst & Young.

The station ended the year with a negative net position of $4,000, down from $801,000 last year.

Despite a reduction in operating expenses and an 11% growth in revenue, PBS Guam continues to face challenges including limited staffing, underfunding, and low underwriting support.

Two material weaknesses were identified in financial reporting, including misstatements in prior year adjustments and depreciation.

Still, PBS Guam pushed forward, expanding local programming and investing in mobile broadcasting technology to reach more viewers islandwide.
