The Guam Homeless Coalition announced its highly anticipated annual Passport to Services outreach event, happening on Friday, April 25, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the CHamoru Village Huts in Hagåtña.

This impactful, one-day event brings together Guam’s Continuum of Care in one convenient location, offering immediate support to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Attendees will have access to a wide range of free services, including immunizations, health screenings, housing and social service referrals, haircuts, hot meals, and much more.

“Passport to Services is about meeting people where they are with compassion and practical support,” said Aja Ramos, Chairperson of the Guam Homeless Coalition. “We recognize that reaching out for help can be overwhelming, and our goal is to make that first step easier by gathering essential services in one welcoming space.”

In an effort to ensure the event is accessible to all, free transportation will be provided. Pickup locations include:

  • Dededo Mayor’s Office at 8:00 AM
  • Tamuning Mayor’s Office at 8:45 AM
  • Return transportation from Hagåtña will depart at 2:00 PM.

The Guam Homeless Coalition encourages the entire community to spread the word and invites anyone in need, or anyone who knows someone in need, to take part in this vital outreach effort.
