The Guam Memorial Hospital and Skilled Nursing Facility will conduct full-scale active shooter exercises on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, as part of their ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety and preparedness of staff, patients, and visitors.

Visitation at GMH will be suspended from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the day of and visitation at the Skilled Nursing Facility will be suspended from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

These exercises led by the GMHA Planning Department and Security Training Officers are designed to simulate real-life scenarios and enhance the readiness of personnel to respond effectively to emergency situations.
